1. According to MOFCOM, there were totally 144,636 service outsourcing contracted signed in 2012 with revenue of 61.28 billion USD, up 37% from 2011. The executed revenue was 46.57 billion USD, increased by 43.8%. The contracted revenue for international outsourcing business reached 43.85 billion USD, increased by 34.4% YOY; the executed revenue was 33.64 billion USD, up 41.1% from 2011.

2. ITO, BPO and KPO took the proportion of 56.1%、15.5% and 28.4% respectively in 2012.

3. The executed revenue contracted from the US, EU and Japan was 8.94 billion USD, 5.46 billion USD and 4.83 USD respectively.

4. By the end of 2012, there are totally 21,159 service outsourcing companies with 42.89 thousand employees in China.
