It’s known that Shangdong service outsourcing remained a good momentum in developing last year, overfilling annual objectives with an off-shore executed contract price of 5.5 billion dollars, enjoying a 39.2% increase. Jinan generated over 2 billion dollars in off-shore executed contract price whose 800 million dollars were contributed by Jinan High-tech Industrial Development Zone Site – NO.1 in the comprehensive appraisal for outsourcing bases in this respect. Qilu Soft Park as a key park in demonstration city, was the key driving force in the process.
