The State Council distributed the Circular on Promoting Replicable Reform Pilot Experiences of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. In this document, the State Council specified 29 reform affairs to be promoted in the whole country: nine in the investment management field, five in the trade facilitation field, four in the financial field, five in the service industry and five involving monitoring measures.
