However, under the situation of higher pressure from downward economy and more difficulties in production and operation, enterprises still have quite intense claim for cost reduction. Enterprise burdens see new changes, and deep-level contradictions on systems and mechanisms gradually emerge. In 2016, State Council Enterprise Burden Reduction Inter-ministry Joint Meeting Office will follow up the new changes in enterprise burdens, strengthen researches on major issues, propose methods to solve deep-level contradictions and create better development environment for enterprises, said Miao Wei. Meanwhile, the Platform for Inquiring List for Enterprise-involved Fees will be set up as soon as possible. The list management system in the aspects of enterprise-involved administrative fines, guarantee deposits, supervision and inspection will be gradually boosted to enable the system to give full play in a greater scope.
