Any applicant can go through the business registration procedures with any business registration office in Guangzhou for establishing domestic-funded limited liability companies and their branches. It was learnt that, other business organizations may be covered by the “Citywide Registration Services” depending on a half-year practice and evaluation of effect.

 

It was said that, the “Citywide Registration Services” enable the enterprises to apply for business registration with any business registration office near them or freely chosen by them, regardless of where their sites for business operation are located. This breaks the regional restrictions on business registration and provides convenience for the enterprises and the people.

 

Meanwhile, the smart booking system to support the “Citywide Registration Services” has been put into on-line operation. The system provides real-time information about the booking and supports booking at different times and smart diversion of flow. This will effectively relieve the long-time pressure in queuing for business registration at the central urban area due to the “blowout-like” increase of the number of business organizations after the business system reform.
