On July 16, Guangdong Governor Zhu Xiaodan made an official reply to the Catalog of the 1^st Group of Provincial Administrative Issues to be Implemented by Administrative Committees of the Districts of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone which was publicized on www.gd.gov.cn on July 21. The approval power for 31 provincial administrative issues and 29 administrative issues for entrusted implementation were authorized, involving enterprise investment registration, land and resource approval, Hong Kong, Macao and outbound tourism business approval and approval of schools for foreign people’s kids etc.
