On August 8, 2015, Guangzhou Nansha New District of China (Guangdong) Free Trade Pilot Zone issued China’s first One-License-One-Code Business License for importers and exporters’ customs registration, marking the start of One-License-One-Code reform for nationwide importers and exporters in Nansha Free Trade Zone(FTZ). Thus, Nansha FTZ becomes China’s first place that cancels the separate hardcopy Customs Declaration Registration Certificate. The customs declaration in Nansha FTZ with the One-License-One-Code Business License will be an initiative practice across China.
