Upgraded Regional Integration in Customs Clearance
Release time:2017-08-25

Recently, Guangzhou Customs successfully transacted China’s first customs procedures through “registration in one place, customs declaration nationwide” under the integrated regional customs clearance mode. With the initiation of the reform “registration in one place, customs declaration nationwide”, enterprises will not be restricted by registration place and goods import/export place, and handle the customs clearance procedures at any customs.

On August 19, an enterprise registered in Gongbei Customs declared export of a batch of goods in Beijiao Port subordinated to Shunde Office of Foshan Customs under Guangzhou Customs. The goods will be directly transported to Dapeng Customs under Shenzhen Customs for customs clearance and export without intermediate port transfer.

Prior to this, under the integrated regional customs clearance, enterprises can transact the goods declaration, tax payment, inspection and release procedures at the customs of its registration place or goods import/export place. Now, the goods customs clearance procedures can be handled at any customs.
