Shen said that, in 2015, foreign investment attracted to China saw an increase of 6.4%, and it increased by 4.5% in the first eight months of this year. China has ranked first among the developing countries in terms of foreign investment in actual use for 24 consecutive years. A survey of the American Chamber of Commerce in China showed that, more than 60% of its members considered China as one of the top three investment destinations in the world, while 68% of its members are planning to expand their investment in China.
