On November 18, Chen Jianhua, mayor of Guangzhou, met with Xu Jian, general manager of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach). Both sides decided to establish the headquarters of Sinomach Smart Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Sinomach Smart Equipment) in Guangzhou. The headquarters with initial registered capital of RMB1 billion will be established in the new Huangpu District (GDD) to deal with research and development, manufacturing and testing of robots, smart equipment and key parts as well as related consulting services.
