Nansha will build a base for “going global” of Chinese high-speed railways

 

The construction of the Jiaomen Riverside Square, which will be an important landmark of the “parlor” of Nansha District, will be launched soon! It will be a model project of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (“CRCC”), which is a listed central enterprise on the Fortune 500 list, after it settles down in Nansha. Moreover, the construction of the South Headquarters Base of CRCC has been started and is expected to be delivered in 2018. It is a large-scale international business complex covering a planning area of about 300,000 square meters, and tens of famous enterprises have showed intention to settle down in it. Related responsible person from CRCC said that, as an important national central city, Guangzhou has strong influence on the whole South China and boasts convenient traffic so that it has sufficient conditions to serve as the southern management center. It was learnt that, CRCC is planning to invest RMB80 billion in Guangzhou to launch operations for comprehensive urban development, infrastructure construction, financing and investment and real estate development. In addition, it will take its high-end manufacturing and logistics resources to Nansha to support the local industrial development.
