On the morning of November 19, 2015, Guangzhou Arbitration Court of International Shipping and CCPIT Guangzhou Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone Legal Service Center were officially opened in Nansha Information Technology Park. Establishment of these two institutions will vigorously improve Guangzhou’s creditability in solving the international commercial disputes and further improve the international law-based business environment of Nansha.

Guangzhou Arbitration Court of International Shipping is co-organized by Administrative Committee of Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guangzhou Port Authority, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and Arbitration Agency of Hong Kong and Macao, aiming at solving disputes on shipping, logistics, finance, settlement, insurance, financing, warehousing and other contractual or non-contractual disputes in a fair and timely way so as to protect legal rights and interests of all stakeholders of the international trade.

 Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone Legal Service Center is a legal service provider established by CCPIT Guangzhou to offer legal services for domestic and foreign-funded enterprises in the zone and promote development of commerce and trade.
