Artificial intelligence is becoming an important part of people's everyday lives. According to a report published at the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Industry Annual Conference, over the past 10 years, the number of global AI patent applications reached more than 520,000. China contributed 389,571, accounting for 74.7 percent of the total number and ranking the nation first in the world in terms of AI patent applications. In the next 10 years, the development of AI is expected to focus on reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs and intelligent robots, the report said.
