Chinese cybersecurity company 360 Security Group has teamed up with more than 20 tech enterprises including Loongson Technology and UnionTech Software to establish an alliance that aims to safeguard the security of terminal devices, and explore the innovative application of large language models and big data in terminal security sector.
Hu Zhenquan, president of 360 Digital Security Group, said at the launch ceremony of the alliance that the security and stability of terminal equipment is key to ensuring business continuity and data integrity, while the terminals are facing unprecedented security challenges due to the emergence of various types of cyberattacks.
The alliance was established during the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2024 that concluded on Friday in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province. Hu also emphasized the significance of data security in the era of artificial intelligence.
The alliance will focus on the research and innovation of terminal security technology, while promoting the sharing of information and data related to security threats, and helping its member enterprises expand the market, seek new business opportunities and provide strategy consulting services, said Bu Sinan, vice-president of 360 Digital Security Group.
